The CEO and Founder, Tali Albert, holds a Master’s degree in Geography with a major in Geophysics. Tali has been working in the environment field since 1995 and has managed large scale projects in both the public and private sectors.

Tali has prepared hundreds of environmental documents and dozens of environmental impact surveys for power plants, industrial zones, residential districts, commercial centers and hotels. In addition, Tali has ongoing experience with dozens of projects in the green construction field, some as part of the "green standard" required in certain licensing processes and others with the Standards Institute of Israel.

Tali serves as the head of an environmental team for the National Infrastructure Committee of the Planning Administration, part of the Israeli Ministry of Finance. She regularly serves as an Environment Manger on behalf of management companies who run complex and unique infrastructure projects in Israel. Tali also works on complex projects for green building standards, including the David Promenade Towers and the Leon Towers along the Tel Aviv coastline.
